1. Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery usually takes 3 business days.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

b) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

c) Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about available options.

d) Delivery Issues

  • Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Clean Pets is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages. Please contact the carrier directly if you have concerns about your shipment.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Clean Pets purchase. If you need to return an item, our return policy allows for easy returns within 30 days of your purchase.

a) Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
    • Pet grooming tools and products that have been opened or used.
    • Personal care or hygiene items (such as brushes, shampoos, etc.).
    • Customized products.
    • You will be notified of any non-returnable items at checkout.

b) How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt along with the RMA number.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

c) Processing Returns

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds: After we inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.
